Warranty Policy

Each watch includes a 12-month warranty covering the original internal watch movement, subject to the terms and conditions of the original manufacturer’s/importer’s warranty.

All externally customized components, including but not limited to the bezel, strap, screws, coating, and assembly, are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing or assembly defects only.

This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, impact or accidental damage, drops, normal wear and tear, discoloration, coating deterioration, strap wear, excessive heat, unauthorized repairs or modifications, misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

Water damage is not automatically covered under this warranty and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Damage resulting from improper use, opening the watch, or unauthorized modifications is excluded from warranty coverage.

After the applicable warranty period has expired, repair or replacement services may be available for an additional fee, subject to inspection and parts availability.
