Custom Order Termsתקנון הזמנה בעיצוב אישי
התנאים שלהלן חלים על כל שעון שמעוצב בקונפיגורטור באתר, בנוסף למדיניות ותקנון האתר. שליחת עיצוב לאישור מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה.
These terms apply to every watch designed with the configurator on our site, in addition to our Policies & Terms. Sending a design for approval means you agree to them.

01 — ההזמנה
איך ההזמנה עובדת
שליחת עיצוב היא בקשה, לא הזמנה
לחיצה על Send for approval שולחת אלינו את העיצוב בוואטסאפ. בשלב הזה עוד לא נוצרה הזמנה ולא בוצע שום חיוב.
בדיקת זמינות
נבדוק שכל החלקים שבחרתם זמינים ונחזור אליכם. אם חלק אינו זמין, נציע חלופה, או שלא נמשיך בהזמנה, בלי חיוב.
תשלום
ההזמנה נכנסת לתוקף רק לאחר שהתשלום בוצע דרך קישור תשלום מאובטח שנשלח מאיתנו.
מחיר
המחיר שמוצג בקונפיגורטור הוא המחיר לשילוב שבחרתם, כולל חריטה אם נבחרה. משלוח בישראל חינם. אם נדרש שינוי במחיר, למשל בגלל חלק חלופי, נעדכן אתכם לפני התשלום.
02 — זמנים
זמן הכנה ומשלוח
כ-3–4 שבועות מרגע התשלום
אחרי התשלום אנחנו רוכשים G‑SHOCK חדש עבור ההזמנה שלכם, משיגים את החלקים שבחרתם, מרכיבים בעבודת יד וחורטים את הגב אם נבחרה חריטה.
עיכובים
זמני ההכנה תלויים גם בספקים. אם צפוי עיכוב, נעדכן אתכם מראש.
משלוח או איסוף
משלוח חינם לכל רחבי ישראל, או איסוף עצמי בתל אביב בתיאום מראש.
03 — חריטה
חריטת לייזר
עד 8 תווים
בעברית או באנגלית, בחריטת לייזר במעבדה על גב השעון.
אישור האיות באחריותכם
לפני השליחה תתבקשו לאשר את איות החריטה. נחרוט בדיוק את הטקסט שאישרתם.
החריטה סופית
חריטת לייזר על פלדה אינה ניתנת למחיקה או לתיקון. לא ניתן לבטל הזמנה או להחזיר שעון בגלל טעות בטקסט שאושר.
גופן ומיקום
הגופן, הגודל והמיקום המדויקים של החריטה עשויים להיות שונים מעט מההדמיה בקונפיגורטור.
טקסטים שלא נחרוט
אנחנו רשאים לסרב לחרוט טקסט פוגעני, טקסט שמפר זכויות של אחרים, או טקסט שמחקה את סימון השעונים שלנו (למשל 1/1 או מספור דרופ).
04 — הדמיה
הדמיה ותמונות
התמונות בקונפיגורטור הן הדמיה דיגיטלית, וחלקן נוצרו או נערכו בכלי בינה מלאכותית. השעון המוגמר עשוי להיות שונה מעט בגוון, בגימור, בברק ובמיקום החריטה. הבדלים אלה טבעיים ואינם נחשבים פגם. לא בטוחים? לפני התשלום אפשר לבקש מאיתנו תמונה של שעון שבנינו בצבעים דומים.
05 — בלעדיות
עיצוב אישי ובלעדיות
השעון נבנה בשבילכם, הצבעים לא שמורים
עיצוב בקונפיגורטור אינו מקנה בלעדיות על שילוב הצבעים. ZETÉ & Co רשאית להשתמש באותם צבעים ורכיבים בדרופים ובקולקציות עתידיים.
שעוני 1/1
שעוני 1/1 (The Vault) נבנים פעם אחת בלבד, ולכן השילובים שלהם אינם זמינים בקונפיגורטור.
06 — ביטול
ביטול והחזרות
שעון בעיצוב אישי מיוצר במיוחד עבורכם, לפי ההזמנה שלכם.
לפני התשלום
אפשר לבטל בכל שלב, בלי שום עלות.
תוך 24 שעות מהתשלום
ביטול מלא והחזר כספי מלא. כתבו לנו בוואטסאפ או במייל.
אחרי 24 שעות
בשלב הזה אנחנו כבר רוכשים את החלקים עבורכם, ולכן לא ניתן לבטל את ההזמנה או להחזיר את השעון, למעט במקרה של פגם ייצור או שעון שאינו תואם לעיצוב שאושר.
פגם או אי-התאמה
פנו אלינו תוך 48 שעות מהמסירה וצרפו תמונות. נבחן את הפנייה ונציע תיקון, החלפה או החזר כספי, לפי המקרה.
07 — אחריות
אחריות
12 חודשים על מנגנון ה-G‑SHOCK המקורי, ו-6 חודשים על רכיבי הקסטום (קייס, רצועה והרכבה), נגד פגמי ייצור והרכבה. הפרטים המלאים במדיניות האחריות.
08 — כללי
כללי
תנאים אלה מצטרפים למדיניות ותקנון האתר, כולל הודעת סימני המסחר. בכל עניין שנוגע להזמנה בעיצוב אישי, תנאים אלה גוברים.

01 — Ordering
How Ordering Works
Sending a design is a request, not an order
Tapping Send for approval sends your design to us on WhatsApp. At this stage no order is created and nothing is charged.
Availability check
We confirm that every part you chose is available and get back to you. If a part isn't available, we'll suggest an alternative or not proceed, with no charge.
Payment
Your order is confirmed only once payment is made through a secure payment link we send you.
Price
The price shown in the configurator is the price for the combination you chose, including engraving if selected. Shipping in Israel is free. If the price needs to change, for example because of an alternative part, we'll tell you before payment.
02 — Timing
Production & Delivery
About 3–4 weeks from payment
After payment we buy a brand-new G‑SHOCK for your order, source the parts you chose, assemble it by hand and engrave the back if you added an engraving.
Delays
Production time also depends on our suppliers. If a delay is expected, we'll let you know in advance.
Delivery or pickup
Free shipping across Israel, or pickup in Tel Aviv by appointment.
03 — Engraving
Laser Engraving
Up to 8 characters
In English or Hebrew, laser-engraved in a lab on the caseback.
You approve the spelling
Before sending, you'll be asked to confirm the spelling. We engrave exactly the text you approved.
Engraving is permanent
Laser engraving on steel can't be removed or corrected. Orders can't be cancelled or returned because of a mistake in approved text.
Font and placement
The exact font, size and placement of the engraving may differ slightly from the configurator preview.
Text we won't engrave
We may decline offensive text, text that infringes on others' rights, or text that imitates our own watch markings (such as 1/1 or drop numbering).
04 — Preview
Preview & Images
The configurator images are a digital preview, and some were created or edited with AI tools. The finished watch may differ slightly in tone, finish, shine and engraving placement. These differences are normal and are not considered defects. Unsure? Before paying, you can ask us for a photo of a watch we built in similar colors.
05 — Exclusivity
Custom Design & Exclusivity
Built for you, colors not reserved
Designing a watch in the configurator doesn't make the color combination exclusive. ZETÉ & Co may use the same colors and parts in future drops and collections.
1/1 watches
1/1 watches (The Vault) are built only once, so their combinations aren't available in the configurator.
06 — Cancellation
Cancellation & Returns
A custom-designed watch is made specifically for you, to your order.
Before payment
You can cancel at any time, at no cost.
Within 24 hours of payment
Full cancellation and a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp or by email.
After 24 hours
By then we've started buying parts for your watch, so the order can't be cancelled or the watch returned, except for a manufacturing defect or a watch that doesn't match the approved design.
Defects or mismatch
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll review it and offer a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the case.
07 — Warranty
Warranty
12 months on the original G‑SHOCK movement and 6 months on the custom parts (case, strap and assembly), against manufacturing and assembly defects. Full details in our Warranty Policy.
08 — General
General
These terms are in addition to our Policies & Terms, including the trademark notice. For anything related to a custom-designed order, these terms take precedence.
